I’m living the dating dream of most men – I’m dating multiple women (all found on my favorite dating site Match.com ) who all know about each other and are ok with it. I’m even living with two of them, we have a free dating policy, and things couldn’t be better… except for the brownies.

I don’t care about the brownies… but they are a symbol. (I’ll explain)

I met Maria on a dating site that featured Hispanic dating services, and I met Kat on a Jewish internet dating site. Both are smart, funny, sexy, adult women who know who they are and what they want in a relationship. Both are a little bit lesbian too, which always helps in FFM relationships. We share our home, our bodies, and thoughts, and our hearts. I’ve done a lot of dating in my time – I’m a member of every dating site on the internet – and it’s never been as good as this.

But someone ate my brownies. Brownies my Mom sent me.

Making internet dating work

Single dating is tough. Couple dating is harder. Finding a compatible interracial dating scene where everyone is happy takes luck, work, communication, and healthy libidos. We have all these. We say we live in a ‘free dating site’, where anyone can come and go as they please. And because everyone else’s happiness is important to all of us, we stay pretty much together all the time.

My Mom makes the best brownies. She does this when something’s wrong, when she needs to reestablish order in her life. She sends brownies to me when she want to reach out to me, to try to reconnect with her son. It’s a symbol of a mother’s love. It’s a little bit of Mom available UPS.

Both Maria and Kat know this. I’ve gotten brownies before and they understood what they meant. But this time someone ate them while I was at work. One of these wonderful, sexy, understanding women ate my brownies and won’t admit it. So it makes me question the other things I take for granted in this relationship.

Can I be sure of our ‘free dating site’?

Do we really have a ‘free dating site’, so to speak? Are we a unit, or are we three single dating individuals, each out to satisfy our own needs? Is everyone’s apparent happiness not real? Do the others feel differently than I do?

Then I met a beautiful Asian woman, Sere, in the bus depot (What was I doing in a bus depot? That’s another story). I should build a statue in her honor. Sere and I started talking, and somehow I told her the whole situation of my dating life. She told me, “dating is dating, but Love is forever. If you Love these women, and they Love each other, then you have no problem”. And it was true. Sere even joined us, for a while, making our ‘free dating site’ even more wonderful. I never been particular about Asian dating, but Sere was an amazing addition to our life.
